2017 Philanthropy in Action Conference

AV For You provided Audio, Video and Lighting for the 2017 Philanthropy in Action Conference held by Minnesota Council on Foundations at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Downtown Minneapolis.

The Philanthropy in Action Conference is a yearly event where grantmakers come together to learn about new ideas and tools that will push their work forward, take action, and create change.

For Audio we provided 4 JBL VRX Speakers spread throughout the room on stands. We also provided our Audio-Technica Podium Microphones on our Frosted Podium.

For Video we front projected two Eiki 7kHD Projectors from towers in the back of the room onto our Da-Lite 8' x 14' Fastfold Screens. We also provided a 40" Monitor as a confidence monitor for those speaking onstage.

For Lighting we used 6 of our ETC Source 4 lights from a single 13' Tower from the back of the room to provide even coverage of light on the stage. We also set up 8 of our ADJ Flat Par Uplights to provide a colorful backdrop on the 20' of grey drape that we set up behind the stage.

At the tech table we were using two of our Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Racks, the Behringer X32 Producer Digital Mixer, a ETC Smartfade Console, a Playback Pro laptop for Video Rolls, and an Analog Way Quickvu Video Switcher for basic video switching.
