Best Buddies Champion of the Year Awards at Aria in Minneapolis

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Tech Services for Best Buddies Champion of the Year Awards Gala at Aria in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 Powered Speakers and Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphone at the podium.  We also used and LTI Block for laptop audio.  We utilized a Sennheiser e906 and Shure SM58 microphones for the guitarist and vocalist.

For video rental equipment we projected our two of our Eiki 7K HD Projectors onto our Screen Works 12’ x 6.75’ Truss Screens.  

For lighting rental equipment we set up five Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights; four were used  for stage wash during the event and one was used to display a custom gobo image above the stage.   

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls. We used our Decimator MD-HX to distribute video signal to the projector. We used a Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless Microphone rack, Behringer S16 Digital Snake and a Behringer X32 Compact Mixer for clear dependable audio. We used an ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Board to control the stage wash at the event.
