SPOON Annual Luncheon at the Calhoun Beach Club
AV for You provided Audio, Video and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services for SPOON’s Annual Luncheon at the Calhoun Beach Club in Minneapolis, MN.
For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 Speakers, two Shure Handheld Wireless Microphone, an LTI Blox for laptop audio and a Mackie 1402-VLZ4 14 Channel Mixer.
For video rental equipment we rear projected our Eiki 7K HD Projector onto our Draper 12’ x 6.75’ Fastfold Screen. We used our Playback Pro Computer and Roland V-1HD Video Switcher to change between powerpoint and video rolls. We used a Decimator Kit to distribute HD video to the projector.
For staging rental equipment we set up two panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Black Velour Drape. We also set up a 8’ x 4’ Stage using two of our 4’ x 4’ stage decks and skirting.
