AV for You provided audio, video and staging rental equipment for the National Association of Social Workers “Day at the Capitol” at the Cedar Street Armory in St Paul.

For audio rental equipment we provided twelve of our DVA Line Array T4 Speakers, four JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers for center fill and utilized our Sumner Eventer 16 Lifts for some of the speakers.  For microphones we supplied a Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless pack and a Shure Gooseneck Podium Mic.  We also utilized our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer and Behringer S16 Digital Snake.

For video rental equipment we used two Barco 12KHD Projectors to rear project onto our Screen Works 9’ x 16’ Truss Screens.  We also set up IMAG for the event and used a Panasonic HD Camera and Analog Way QuickVu Switcher.  We also provided two ETC Source Four Lights and used our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board.   

For staging rental equipment we set up our Black Ultra Velour Drape and provided a frosted podium at the center of the stage.
