Sound and Lights Rental at the DoubleTree Hotel in Minneapolis

AV for You provided audio and lighting rental equipment for a Kingdom of Embassy Worship Center event at the Doubletree in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up speakers, microphone and tech table rental equipment.  The speaker rental consisted of six JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers, two JBL VRX918SP Subwoofers as well as six QSC K10 Speakers as stage monitors.  For microphone rental equipment we set up six mic stands with five wired Shure microphones and one wireless Shure microphone.  We also utilized our Shure drum microphone kit.  At the tech table we set up a Behringer X32 Mixer, Behringer S16 Digital Snake and Instrument Direct box for clear, dependable audio at the event.

For lighting rental equipment we set up stage lighting and uplighting gear.  For the stage lighting we used four of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC Lights on a tripod crank stand.  To produce the uplighting we utilized six Eternal Lighting Cube Echo Lights.  At the tech table we used our ETC Smartfade 1248 lighting board to control the stage wash.
