National Coming Out Day Luncheon at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services for the Twin Cities Quorum National Coming Out Day Luncheon at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis. 

For audio rental equipment we set up eight dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers on Sumner Eventer Stage Lifts, Shure Wireless Microphones and our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.  

For video rental equipment we projected two of our Barco 12K HD Projectors onto Screen Works 14’ x 8’ Truss Screens.  We set up our Panasonic HD Camera for IMAG.   At the tech table we used our Playback Pro Computer and Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher for changing between Powerpoint and video rolls. We used HDMI/SDI Cross Converter to distribute HD video to the projectors.  

For lighting rental equipment we used four Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash and controlled the with our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting board.  We also set up six American DJ Mega Bar lights for uplighting the backdrop.

For staging rental equipment we set up five panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using both our Black and Grey Rose Brand Drape.
