St. Joseph’s School Fallfest Annual Fundraiser

AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for St. Joseph’s Fallfest annual fundraiser at the Intercontinental Hotel in St Paul, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up four JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers on Duratruss Crank Stands.  We also set up an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphone at the podium.

For video rental equipment we rear projected two of our Eiki 7K HD Projectors using short throw lens onto our Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold Screens.

For lighting rental equipment we set up four Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights on Global Truss ST-132 Tripod Crank Stands for stage wash.  We also set up ten American DJ Flat par uplights for the backdrop.  

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using eight panels of Rose Brand Grey Drape.  We also set additional pipe and drape using Rose Brand black drape to connect the screens to the backdrop.

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used our Decimator HDMI/SDI Cross Converters to distribute video signal to the projectors. We used a Shure Wireless UHF-R Microphone rack and a Behringer X32 Producer for clear dependable audio.  We used an ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board to control the stage wash at the event.
