AV for You set up Audio, Video and Lighting rental equipment for Open Arms Moveable Feast event at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis, MN.

For audio rental equipment we provided our Behringer X32 Compact Digital Mixer and a Shure UHF-R Wireless Microphone Rack for clear and dependable sound quality.

For video rental equipment we rear projected our Eiki 7KHD Projector onto our Draper 6.75' x 12' Fastfold Screen.  We also set up a Samsung 75" Monitor in the back of the room allowing people far from the screen to view the program.  We used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video Signal to our projector and monitor simultaneously.

For lighting rental equipment we set up four ETC Source 4 lights for a stage wash on two 5' Truss Towers on the second floor balcony of the venue.  We set up twenty battery operated uplights around the venue to provide colorful decor to the room.

At the tech table we used our Analog Way Saphyr Video Switcher and a QLab Laptop to provide basic switching between Powerpoint, Videos and a Live Camera.  We also used our ETC Smartfade Lighting Console to control the brightness of the stage wash.

For staging rental equipment we set up a 16’ x 8’ stage with skirting and used 16” stage legs.  The stage was constructed using eight individual 4’ x 4’ stage decks. We also supplied our Frosted Podium for the stage.
