Secondhand Hounds Bone Appetit Gala at Aria

AV for You set audio, video, and a large amount of lighting for Bone Appetit, a culinary experience to benefit Secondhand Hounds (a non profit animal rescue). The event was held in Minneapolis, Minnesota at Aria. We front projected our 7kHD projector onto a 9x16 Fastfold Frame flown from the Catwalk. We also flew 12 dB technologies DVAT4 line array speakers from the catwalk, using 6 on each side of the stage.

For lighting we hung 12 ETC Source 4s from the catwalk to light up the stage and along the runway where they were showing the dogs. We also used 10 other ETC Source 4 for Gobos of the different participating restaurants and sponsors of the event.

Also for video, we had our 90" monitor on a stand for all the people on the stage to view during the event, we also set a qsc k10 speaker on the stage for that part of audience to hear the live audio.

At the tech table, we had our analog way Pulse2 video switcher, playback pro for videos and Asus laptop for PowerPoint. We also had our X32 Compact and qlxd4 Distro rack for audio.
