Meda 50th Annual Gala at The Depot in Minneapolis

AV For You provided Audio, Projector, Screen, Other Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment along with Tech Services for MEDA’s Annual Meeting at The Depot Hotel in Minneapolis, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up dB Technologies DVA T8 Line Array Speakers, QSC K12, K10 & K8 Speakers, Shure Wireless Microphones, along with our Midas M32R Digital Mixing Console.  For audio rental equipment we used our Clear-Com HME EU Wireless Headset System for internal communication during the show.  For additional speaker rental equipment we set up our Meyer Sound Lina Speakers and Meyer Sound 750-LFC Line Array Subwoofers on Stacking Grid Fly Bars and used our Meyer Sound Galileo Galaxy 816 Audio Signal Processor in conjunction with that equipment. 

For projection rental equipment we used ten projectors including (2) Barco HDF-W30 and (2) Barco RLM-W14 DLP projectors.  

For screen rental equipment we set up six screens including (2) Draper 9’ x 16’ truss style screens and two Screen Works 9’ x 16’ screens.

For other video rental equipment we used a Sony HXCU-100 Cameras (for IMAG and recording) on a Sachtler Tripod.  We used playback pro and Lenovo LEGION 5 laptops as well as our Analog Way Ascender 16 4k Video Switcher to control the video.  We used our Prompter People Presidential Teleprompter as well.
