Gener8tor Premiere Night Event at The Depot Hotel in Minneapolis

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment as well as Tech Services for Gener8tor’s Premiere Night event at The Depot Hotel in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up Speakers and Microphones.  For speaker rental equipment we set up six JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers along with QSC K10 and K8 speakers.  For microphone rental gear we used Shure & Countryman Microphones.  We used our Behringer X32 Producer and S16 Digital Snake for clear, dependable audio at the event.

For video rental equipment we rear projected our Barco 12K projector onto a Screenworks 14’ x 8’ truss screen.  We used our Analog Way QuickVu Video switcher and Playback Pro to change between video reels and powerpoint.  We set up a Samsung 40” 4k TV as a confidence monitor.

For lighting rental equipment we set up six Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash.  We used our Smartfade 1248 Lighting board to control the wash.

For staging rental equipment we set up four panels of pipe and drape using our Black Ultra Velour Drape for backdrop.
