AV for You set up audio, video and lighting rental equipment for the Reeher Vista Executive Conference held at The Depot in Downtown Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we provided six JBL VRX Line Array Speakers; two were stacked on each Duratruss Crank Up Tripod Stand and the other two were placed on speaker stands as delays.  We also provided four JBL Eon Speakers as auxillary speakers in the dining space.

For video rental equipment we rear projected our Barco RLM-W14 14000 Lumen Projectors onto our Draper 9' x 16' Fastfold Screens.  We also provided two Samsung 40" Monitors as confidence monitors for speakers at the event.

For lighting rental equipment we rigged eleven of our Chauvet Ovation E910-FC LED Lights; ten were for a stage wash and one was used for a gobo on our white muslin backdrop.  We also lined up eight of our ADJ LED Bar Lights onto the backdrop for added color.

At the tech table we had our Behringer X32 Producer Digital Mixer, two Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Distro Racks and one Shure ULXD4 Dual Channel Wireless Rack for clear and dependable audio during the event. We used our Analog Way Ascender 16 to allow us to send three individual outputs to the screens and both confidence monitors. We also used our ETC Smartfade 2496 Lighting Console to control all of the Chauvet Ovation Lights and ADJ LED Bar Lights.
