AV for You set up Audio and Video rental equipment for the St. Thomas Seminary Event at the Town and Country Club in St. Paul.

For audio rental equipment we provided four of our dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers on two of our Global Truss ST-132 Crank Stands. This allowed us to get the speakers high in the venue allowing for even distribution of sound. We also used our Shure UHF-R Wireless Audio Rack for clear and dependable wireless mic transmission.  We set up a QSC K10 Speaker to extend the soundsystem into an auxiliary room within the ballroom space.

For video rental equipment we set up two Samsung 75" Monitors on Chief Rolling Stands and one Vizio 60” Monitor in the auxiliary room of the event.  We used our Decimator SDI-HDMI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video to both monitors.  These monitors were used to show lyrics for a song sung during the event and a video made by the organization.

At the tech table we used a full size Behringer X32 to handle choir audio.  We had a playback pro for video and audio rolls.  An Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher was used to provide simple switching between powerpoint and the video.
