Audio, Video and Lighting Rental for YMCA at the Town and Country Club

AV for You provided audio, video and lighting rental equipment for the YMCA’s Heritage Luncheon at the Town and Country Club in St Paul.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 Speakers.  We also had our Audio Technica podium mics set up at the podium.

For video rental equipment we front projected our Eiki 7KHD Projectors onto Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold screens.  We used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD video signal to both projectors.  We also placed a confidence monitor in front of the stage for the speakers.

For lighting rental equipment set up two ETC Source Four lights for stage wash.

At the tech table we set up our Mackie Pro FX12 12 Channel mixer and our Shure ULXS4 Distro Wireless Microphone Rack for clear and dependable audio.  We set up our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher.  We also used our ETC Smartfade Lighting Console to adjust the brightness of the stage wash.
