Audio Visual Rental for the I Am Minneapolis Fashion Show

AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for the I Am Minneapolis Fashion Show put on by I Am Sarah Edwards at WeWork in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up six QSC K10 Speakers, Shure Wireless Microphones and a Mackie Pro FX12 12 Channel Mixer.  We also supplied our BearCom Radio Headset system for the show.

For video rental equipment we supplied a Samsung 75” Monitor on a rolling stand.  We also used our Roland V-1HD Video Switcher to switch between logo presentation and video during the runway event.

For lighting rental equipment we used twelve Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED lights; ten for the stage and two for gobos.

For staging rental equipment we set up a 16’ x 8’ stage and also the main runway for the event that was 40’ x 4’.  We used our 4’ x 4’ stage decks along with stage skirting and steps.
