AV For You had a big night at the ILEA Star Awards held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Minneapolis. We provided much of the lighting for the dance floor, creating a large cactus like structure covered in high-end moving lights and a hazer.
We also won two awards that evening: Best Audio Visual Production
Best ILEA Team Effort
The winning event for us was the Wonderful Company event held at the Glass House last year.
Projector Mapping: We had a challenge on our hands with projector mapping most of the wall within a venue that has many large windows. We were able to black out the windows and fly projectors from the ceiling to cover each wall from top to bottom to create an immersive experience for everyone attending.
Dynamic Lighting: We also flew several lights on truss lines from the ceiling to allow us to cover the floor in gobo projections and moving beams of light.
It Comes Together: All of our work helped create an unforgettable experience for those attending and helped show of what AV For You is capable of!
