The Big Brothers Big Sisters Gala at the Depot in Minneapolis required multiple stage setups for the program and after party.
Big Scale Production: We delivered an immersive experience with large projection screens, LED Nets, and our Meyer Line Array Speaker system—ensuring every moment was seen and heard in stunning clarity.
After Party Fun: We setup up LED Moving lights and Pixel Strips to create a unique look for the After Party Stage.
The Hope Chest Runway for Hope at the Westin Galleria is a stylish combination of fashion show and fundraiser. This event supported an incredible cause and needed a production setup to match.
Runway-Ready Lighting: Lighting Trees flanked the room, while LED lights lined the runway, ensuring models looked stunning from every angle.
Dual-Purpose Design: A rear projection screen at the runway’s end served both as a high-quality video display and a sleek backdrop.
Teamwork for the Win: Working with the venue, event planner, and creative director, we were not only able to bring the client's vision to life, but were also able to help accommodate solutions for dressing rooms and last minute changes.
