IAAO 84th Annual Conference in the Hilton Ballroom
AV for You set up audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) 84th annual conference four day event held at the Hilton Ballroom in downtown Minneapolis.
For audio rental equipment we provided speaker and microphone rental gear. The speaker portion consisted of twenty four db Technologies DVA Line Array T4 Speakers, four JBL VRX918SP Subwoofers and two db Technologies DVA S1518N Subwoofers. For microphones we set up ten wired Shure Microphones on speaker stands, an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphones and three Countryman E6 Earset Mics. We also utilized our Clear Comm Wireless Intercomm for internal communication during the event.
For video rental equipment we projected four of our Barco 12KHD Projectors onto two Draper 9’ x 16’ Truss Screens and two Screen Works 9’ x 16’ Truss Screens. We used an Eiki 7KHD Projector for gobo projection. We supplied two Vizio 60” Confidence monitors near the stage. We set up our Panasonic HD Camera on a spider pod to record the event using an AJA KiPro and utilized our Delvcam 4K HD preview monitor.
For lighting we set up a multitude of our rental equipment including seven Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED lights, eleven ETC Source Four Lights, four Elation Powerspot Moving Lights, nine of our American DJ Mega Bar lights, ten Eternal Lighting Cube Echo Battery powered uplights, and eight Mac 101 moving lights for backline.
For staging rental equipment we set up eight panels of pipe and drape using our Rose Brand Black Drape on the sides of the stage and used our White Muslin with Moddim tiles as stage backdrop. We also placed our frosted podium onstage.
At the tech table we used our Behringer X32 Producer, Behringer S16 Digital Snake as well as a Shure Microphone Racks and for clear dependable audio. We used our Analog Way Ascender 16 to allow us to send individual outputs to the screens and confidence monitors. We also used our ETC Element Lighting Console to control the majority of the lights.
