AV for You set up video rental equipment for an Awards Luncheon held by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

For video rental equipment we front projected our two Barco HDF-W30 (30,000 Lumen Projectors) onto two flown 11' x 20' Truss Style Screens.  We used our Analog Way Saphyr Video Switcher to switch between IMAG (Image Magnification) and Powerpoint Slides. We also used a playback laptop to play a short video during the event.

For TV rental equipment we set up a 60" Vizio Monitor in front for use as a confidence monitor for presenters on stage. Using our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD video signal from our Powerpoint laptop to the monitor.
