AV for You provided audio and video rental equipment for Associated General Contractors of Minnesota Recognition Dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel in St. Paul, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up four JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers, Shure Microphones and an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphone.  We controlled the sound using our Allen & Heath Zed 18 Channel Mixer.

For video rental equipment we rigged two of our Eiki 7K HD Projectors to truss towers in the back of the room to project onto two of our Da-Lite 8’ x 14’ Fastfold Screens at the front of the house.  We used Decimators to send the video signal to our projectors.  We used our Analog Way Saphyr Video switcher to toggle between Powerpoint content and video rolls.
