Legally Green Gala - Video and Lighting Rental at University of St Thomas

AV for You set up video and lighting rental equipment for the Legally Green annual gala held by the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy at The University of St. Thomas.

For video rental equipment we set up our Roland V1-HD Video Switcher with a Playback Laptop and two Powerpoints, and output into the house's projector system. We used our Panasonic HD Camera for IMAG (Image Magnification) to show the speaking presenters on screen.

For lighting rental equipment we set up a 15' Truss Tower with four ETC Source 4 Lights and a Dual Circuit Dimmer pack for a stage wash.  We used our ETC Smartfade Lighting Console to control the brightness of the wash lights.
